Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Oyila Prep account and the study data linked to it.

What happens when your account is deleted

Account deletion removes your sign-in access and associated study data where we can do so legally and technically. Some records may be kept for a short time if required for billing, security, or legal reasons.

How to request deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account from Settings. You can also request help by email.

Send an email from the address on your Oyila account where possible. Use subject line Account deletion request.

For support, contact us at support@oyilaprep.com. If that does not work, you can also reach us at oyilaprepsupport@cloudpilar.com.

Include the email address on your Oyila account so we can confirm it is you. We will reply by email. Processing may take a few business days.

Active subscriptions

If you have an active paid plan, cancel your subscription first (through Stripe, Paystack, or your app store, depending on how you subscribed). Deleting your account does not automatically stop future charges.
