Oyila Prep is a mobile-first learning app for maths study, practice, AI tutoring, and exam preparation. We use your account and study data to give you a personal learning experience.

We may collect:

• Account details (such as your email and sign-in information)
• Study activity (topics studied, progress, and practice results)
• Uploaded or pasted questions you send for help or scanning
• AI tutor usage (questions you ask and related learning activity)
• Payment and subscription status (whether a plan is active — not your full card number)
• Support messages you send us
• Technical usage data (such as device type, errors, and general app performance)

We use this data to:

• Give you access to your account
• Save and show your study progress
• Power AI tutoring and explanations
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Keep the service safe and reliable
• Answer support requests

When you upload or paste a question, AI explanations and the tutor may process that content to generate hints, steps, or related study help. Do not upload content you do not have permission to share.

Oyila Prep is used by learners of different ages. Parents, guardians, and teachers should supervise younger learners where appropriate and help them use the app responsibly.

Payments are handled by Stripe or Paystack. Oyila does not store your full card details on our servers.
