You are responsible for your own study choices and for checking that your school or exam board rules allow the tools you use. Oyila is here to help you learn — not to do your work for you in ways that break academic honesty rules.

The AI tutor is for learning support. It can explain ideas and guide practice, but it does not guarantee exam grades or results. Always check important answers and use your teacher or textbook when needed.

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.

Do not upload or paste content that is:

• Harmful, abusive, or threatening
• Illegal
• Someone else’s private information without permission
• Copyrighted material you are not allowed to share

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe or Paystack. Prices and features may differ by region. Cancel active subscriptions before you delete your account if you no longer want to be charged.

Paid and free plans may include reasonable limits on features such as AI tutor use, question scans, or imports so the service stays reliable for everyone. We may adjust limits over time and will try to keep them fair.

We may update features, limits, or pricing over time. We will try to keep changes fair and clear. Continued use after updates means you accept the current version of these terms.
